I would highly recommending purchasing a pair of these supports if you are planning to hang drywall solo. I finished about 800 square feet of ceiling, at 8 feet height, with the help of these supports. I was very skeptical at first but ended buying them based on other favorable reviews. There was a slight learning curve, so try to use these on half sheets before going to full 4×8 sheets.
