Shipping stage starts after the order processing time line (4 hour and 1 hour) described above. After we have processed your order and shipment procedure start – we are unable to accept any cancellation or refund. 2. Refund and Return after receiving the product(s):
All products are delivered with proper quality inspection. But still after receiving the products there may be few very exceptional cases where –
Customers may not get the product in the desired state as it would have been, such as damaged, broken or malfunctioning – it may be happen in the shipping stage which is beyond our control. In such cases, our policy is extremely favorable to customer.
If the product(s) has not reached to you with the desired state, you have 72 hours to inform us. All you have to do take a short video clip or picture of the product and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – you may have to choose any one option –
(A) A New Fresh Product
(B) Get A Refund.
We are fully responsive to both the cases. For option “A” we will send you a product without any charge and For option “B” we will do a full guaranteed refund.
Depending on your bank or payment method it may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Note: After 72 hours, we are unable to accept any cancellation or refund request.
3. 60 Days Non Delivery Refund:
This is one unique feature of our store. After receiving the tracking number, if you do not have the product delivered to you within 60 days of ordering then we will do the 100% refund to you – this way both your order and your money are completely secured with us.
Exception – Please note that for the ordered package(s) that has been reached at your local post office, this 60 days capping refund will not be executed. We may need to wait few days more for your local post office to deliver the ordered package to you, we may also seek your help to call local post office to check the order, please do help us in this case.

4. Secure Refund – Customer Verification
Because of our flexible and customer friendly refund policy, every day we get few emails from non-genuine people who pretend to be our customer and email us for refund. So before processing any refund you must pass the following verification process. We do this because we want to make sure that if there is refund, it reaches the right person. - We prefer you use the same email writing to us for the refund that you use at the time of order. Please do mention the order number if you use the same email that you used for the order.
- In case you have problem accessing that email, you must mention the order number & shipping address that you have used during the order.
